Just downloaded it.

You're right it's corrupted. WinZip 8.1 won't recognise it as a zip file.

37890 corrupt zip file

Post by leviathan1949 »

Hi Champy,
I have downloaded this file and it is CORRUPT. Rather than delete it from the library I have changed it's title. Can you re upload a good ZIP and then change the title back to it's correct name. Thanks.
I doubt that Winzip 9.1 is causing the problem, but it may be using a new algorithm that the older versions don't recognise.
If you think it may be the problem, then re zip a new copy of the file and email it to me peter@onehouse.co.uk and I'll try it before you upload it.

For info, Winzip 9 does have a new algorithm for "maximum compression" but if you chose it, it does warn you that it won't be compatible with other zip programs other than winzip 9.

For that reason I have never used that feature!

Hey Champy!

Don't beat yourself up about it! Looks like an excellent paint job. Just downloaded the repost and it all looks fine.

Noticed that the zip was about half a Meg bigger this time.
