Moderated Posting and Private Messages

Gentlemen,

I've been a forum member for more than three months now and have posted more than 30 times. I would like to have the ability to send Private Messages and preferably to be removed from Moderated Posting. Could I ask a Moderator to have a look at my history and, if appropriate, give me the ability to send Private Messages and remove me from the Moderated Posting group.
