Reply possibly deleted

Not sure what's going on with my account, but it seems PMs are not sending for me now, as this message was original sent to Peter Peddlesden however seems to be stuck in my outbox. Here is the message:

Hi Peter,

Is there any way for you to check whether a reply to a post I made has been deleted?

I have no messages from any mods, and my post was just a small joke about the trailer (the train only appearing for 5 seconds), a mention about DTG possibly dropping some partner programmes due to it now being released on JT due to a few members saying it was originally going to be released by DTG, and that it looked very nice. I did not mention anything disallowed by the forum rules.

PMs stay in your outbox until they have been read by the recipient, so Pete hasn't seen the PM yet.

When did you post? I've looked back through the log for the last couple of days, without seeing anything.

Private Messages (PMs) only move from your Outbox to Sent box when the recipient reads them. When you SUBMIT a PM, in addition to moving the message to your Outbox it also sends a system message to the recipient to tell them they have a message from Sender.

As for the removal of messages that you or others have posted in the forum, that is the task of the Admins / Moderators in an attempt to keep the forum User Friendly and accessible to all.

This is one of the easiest to understand rules:

3) Members are expected to behave in a reasonable manner and with a spirit of goodwill, and opinions should be posted and read in good faith. Challenging other users' points of view and opinions is perfectly acceptable, however do so respectfully and thoughtfully. Personal attacks, rudeness, flaming, baiting, insults to others, arguments, impersonating other users and posts that blatantly breach the established spirit of goodwill and reasonableness will not be tolerated.

A number of posts in the Forest Rail thread failed that rule and were removed. If your post was in response to a removed post then your post would have been removed also, as without the original post, your post would be meaningless.
