Hi
When I try to download files it shows I am not a Premium member. As far as I know I should be could, you please check. (I have tried emailing you but I get no reply)

Hi,
I have just checked your account and your Premium was paid on 15th July 2013 and expired on 22nd July 2014.
If you have made further payment can you let us have the details please. PM the details, at least that works
You receive no replies to your emails because we haven't received any emails from you to reply to.
