Moderator Approval?

Good afternoon
Today I added to the topic I Love The Music in TS2014 General Discussion
I commented about a sound file from RW America and this has tripped the moderator approval filter
I'm not sure why this is?

I'm still confused though with regard to how I managed to trip the filter?

The filter checks the entire post including quoted text. One word in there tripped it.
The filter list was slimmed down considerably some time back and only a few select terms now trip the filter.
