Atomic Systems

Hello.
I am currently being prevented from being able to log into the file downloads liberary.
I enter my username aj52mdy which automatically flags up my password.
Except I am getting a message in red letters "Invalid Credentials Please try again."

I have absolutly no idea why this is happening, I have not changed anything.
Pleaqse can I have some help to sort this out.

Having the same issue too. I tried sending a new password to my e-mail but haven't received anything yet.

Ditto,it must be a system fault I expect Matt will sort it some time to day when he has a chance

I'm also having this and the password reset system can't locate my email address.

Ditto and for Atomic Album too now 11:37 for reference.

I will try to find out when it will be fixed.

In the meantime do not try to change your passwords - that might solve the problem in the short term but when Matt fixes things the passwords will again stop working.

Matt has been notified but is currently not contactable. As soon as he is no doubt things will return to normal.

The login encryption process went walkabout sometime late friday evening.

All fixed now.

This is still happening to me. Even asked for a new password... but that did not help either.

Yes, it was fixed for a while but now it's not working again.
