The forums and main site share the same credentials that are handled from the main site. From time to time we get an issue where either the forum or the main site authentication fails and people can't logon. Now if you reset the passwords before Matt fixes the servers you get access at that time but when Matt fixes everything the passwords are out of synch again so you again get confronted with the password failing.
If you've reset your password, you'll have to reset it again when the the problem is fixed!

If you haven't reset your password, then it's best to wait until the problem is resolved.

Glad it isn't just me. Can access forum via browser but not via tapatalk app which makes reading/posting a little bit tricky.

If you can't access UKTS at the moment, because of 'invalid credentials', please do not register a new account!

Hopefully the problem will be sorted out soon!

Hi folks

As far as I know all is well now. This was a glitch that caused every part of Atomic Systems to be affected.
We were all in the same boat for a few hours, but all is fine.

Thank you for your co-operation and Cheers :D

Hi,
There still seems to be a problem.
Tried to log in to the main site this morning and got 'Invalid Credentials' message.
Cheers

It is happening again. Even after requesting a new password I cannot log into the main site. Been like it for about 12 hours.

Anyone still having problems needs to drop a line to support@atomic-systems.com and Pete will force a password reset.

I have just logged off, rebooted and then logged on again with no issues. The servers appear to be working normally.
Kindest regards
