hello
I have tried to download the file 'TSTerraForm.pdf' (file ID 3590) several times but every time the process stops at the 99.7 or 100.3 KB of 2.43 meg point. Can you please check on this file? I tried a different file (12Meg) and had no problem.
Thanks
Download stopped after 100KB

Re: Download stopped after 100KB
Hi,
I've had this in the past with some PDFs from other sites (Redrow homes for instance). I believe it to be a problem with the Acrobat Reader plugin for IE.
Can you try right-clicking on the download arrow and selecting "Save Target As..."
This should then download the file completely before asking you if you want to open it rather than opening it in a new tab in the browser.

I tried the right click method but just saved a .htm link to open the download webpage. However your thought that IE was somehow interfering (even though I frequently download pdf's) prompted me to try Google Chrome web browser but nothing at all happened there so then I fired up my Linux pc and tried with Firefox. This worked perfectly.
Thanks again
