Re: Private Messages
Hi there,
Could I also request that I be taken off moderator approval? Someone has sent me a PM and I can't read it.
I'm a very infrequent poster, tried out MSTS a while back and just trying out TS2012 now. All of my posts have been on-topic and I promise will remain that way!
Many thanks
John

Re: Private Messages
Could I also please be granted access to the private messaging system, as a Route and scenario developer, this is my main way of communicating with UKTrainSim members if they have any problem with either the route or the scenario.
Many Thanks

Re: Private Messages
Well I don't see why not having looked at the few messages you have posted over the last few years. That is primarily why you have fallen "below the radar" since we generally only look when a new post comes up.pectin wrote:Could I also please be granted access to the private messaging system, as a Route and scenario developer, this is my main way of communicating with UKTrainSim members if they have any problem with either the route or the scenario.

I will close the other account with your email address on it though.

Re: Private Messages
I have set in my 'global' settings for PMs to be notified to me but they never are?
I always have a forum thread update sent to my Email but never a PM notification. In the dim and distant past I used to get them to?
Appreciate any info. if it is me or not!

Re: Private Messages
Have you changed your email address at any point?
I had this a while back & the mod/admin who assisted me discovered that both addresses were still in the system with the "current" only applying to forum notifications and not pms,

Re: Private Messages
I think you do - best and quickest way to do that would be to send an e-mail to support@uktrainsim.com
I'm sure they'll sort this out for you.
Ash

Re: Private Messages
could i possibly become a valued member as you can see i am always posting problems etc and cluttering threads if i was able to pm the members directly this would save me the hassel of having to post new topics etc which i am sure with the amount of questions i ask annoys some of you (im sorry)
i would be very gratefull if this could be granted
:D:D
