Cant Log in to Download

Getting the message INVALID CREDENTIALS.....

Tried to send email to premium support , but all that did was open page after page after page....something is wrong here me thinks....
All other Internet sites are working OK...Its just this one.....(Forum login is OK )..obviously...lol

Anyone else having trouble, or is it just me ?

I got the same thing, I just said I forgot my password at the login page and a new one was sent to my e-mail which now works

Not sure what's happening though.

I get that occcasionally, Im not sure why it happens. Go onto the header download page, and ask for a password there to be sent to your email addy. I find doing on the forum site wont work.

Dont ask me why. Its a pity because to a few weeks ago I had the same pasword I used for the past 3 years. It was easy to memorise.

Same here.. Doesnt recognise my email for a new password either?

I think Peter (leviathan1949) has posted on the front page news a few times about a few 'gremlins' getting into the log in system over the past few weeks.
I had the same problem about 3 weeks ago but a change of password seemed to fix it.

Cant send email to support either...(clicking either links produces constant page loads, i have to shut down browser )....I hope someone from UKTS sees this ....

I could try changing password, but i have had this one since 2005 ...and i can just about remember it...(age is i a terrible thing )...lol

just checked all my previous emails and Its the same one.. So I cant even reset the password .. Oddly you can download if the d/l is linked to the forum

Think its just been reset..working now

It's a bit hit and miss, it wasn't working for me earlier but it is now. I haven't changed my password or requested to via email.
