Re: Login info
Can confirm just had a issue with logging in on the main download site for some of the new downloads, did a quick password reset and it logged me in straight away, seems the system could be playing up again, I noted when making a post just now aswell in the Railworks forums is running abit slow so possibly the server is abit under the weather.

Re: Login info
Had an issue too, could not log in earlier this afternoon, but appears to be working fine now.
Re: Login info
All morning has been a login nightmare. Couldn't login at home, reset password, worked.
Got to work, couldn't log in at all with new pw. Image verification didn't work.
Had to reset again to get it.

Re: Login info
Same problem here too!
The only way I could get on here was to set up a completely new ID. Not a problem in itself, but....
My original ID (mountainmanUK) is a Premium account, and I am now back to waiting in the queue to download stuff.
I've been through all the "Request new password" options, but the System doesn't even recognise my email address now, to resend a new password.
I've used the same login email address for years (since around 2004), and even the same password, and this is the first time that I have had this kind of problems logging in to UKTS, so I guess I've been pretty lucky!!
I have a "Support Ticket" somewhere in the pipeline, so hopefully the "gremlins" will soon be evicted from the system, and normal service can be resumed.
Is this the UKTS equivalent of "leaves on the line", or the "wrong kind of snow"??
Dave
