Once the order arrives at CD HQ it will be processed. Orders ship on Tuesday and Friday and in the UK generally arrive next day (postman willing). Overseas orders can take longer to arrive. You will receive an email when the order ships (assuming your email address is good and doesn't bounce back to us).

Apoligies for not following the current topic of this thread, but i dont feel its worth making another D ordering topic!

I'm not sure this is a problem, or a glitch, or I have made a mistake of some sort, But I have tried to order a cd with my gf's card (dont worry, she helped me because it's a present!) We had successfuly purchased/processed one order...

However, i have recieved two emails for download tickets. and When I have logged into the e-support site, it says for some reason I have purchased 7 tickets!

I only hope that I get a reply to my email, and that common sence kicks in that I only paid for/ordered one CD. Again, not sure if it is a glitch or a mistake on my part, but it is a tad annoying.

Sorry if this doesnt seem to make sence, so here is a screenie to show what I mean:

I am a complete and uttter noob to online ordering, especially on here, so apologies if ive made some sort of error or have misunderstood the system.

Cheers,

Dark.

That'll be £32.90 then, though the tickets themselves, are free! :D

Don't worry, I'm sure it's only the support system having a bit of indigestion!

Don't worry about it. The ordering system seems to do this for some obscure reason. You will only receive 1 CD.

I wanted to order the Talynn Railway CD for RW but the order page asks me to enter my real name. When I try to do this I keep getting error 404 and it doesn't allow me to complete the order.

I've just tried and got right through the ordering phase, however, I am a premium member, maybe that has something to do with it.

On another note, I saw a few other interesting CD's in the list, HOWEVER, apart from Talyllyn, none of the others state which simulator version they are for, MSTS, RailSim, etc, so, I can't order anything else as I don't know if they are compatible with my Railworks , or not....

I am a premium member but I still get the 404 error message when I try to enter my real name. I think most Cds are for MSTS ,only Tallyn for RW.

Please can you ensure both a private and public email address are entered on your profile (you get to this from the main page of the website under "change my info"). If that doesn't work please contact support@atomic-systems.com which will raise a support ticket.
