Password Problem

I changed my password yesterday using http://www.uktrainsim.com/common/updateuser.php

This morning I can't sign in using my new password or my old password.

I've gone to http://www.uktrainsim.com/common/newPass.php and requested a new password but haven't received one.

I have the same problem log in here ok but not on UKTrainSim

any ideas

When I've not been able to login, I just pop onto the discord server and request it, sorted in no time.

I do, but I appear to be the only mod who does.
The 'easiest' way to get password problems sorted is to go to Matt's Discord pages...

Support - the old eSupport system we had was the source of all the massive spam problems on the old server so I have NOT re-installed it on the new one. I'm going with a hosted version of the support system (basically, so it's someone elses problem ) and will try to get this working soon. In the mean time, use the forums for support and DM's with moderators to get assistance. If you get totally stuck and can't log in please do DM me on Discord (MattPeddlesden#2907 - you'll need to join my server at https://discord.gg/mattplaystv) as that's the best place to get in touch if you can't log into the forums, many of the mods, plus myself and Dad are both on there. The Discord server is the quickest route for password assistance.

Worked for me also. I am not already "signed up" for it so it asked me for a user name etc.
