Modern City Tramway problems

Hey all!

Ive just downloaded MCT V1, plus the V1.1 update. But im having trouble loading it, getting the error message along the lines of "train world initialization failure"

Can anyone help. I have a fairly old computer, but everything else works so i dont think it will be that

Have you run any batch files (usually installme.bat). A TWI fault is typically due to the environment files not having been set up.

Have you read the instructions?

I can find Modern City Underground but so far not "Modern City Tramway". I know it's being worked on but there's nothing on Ryan's site about it being released. Am I missing something here?!

Note there are several files...including an update.
