It could be several weeks yet before it is released, as once I have finished adding to it and test run it, I have to burn the whole new version on to CD and post it off to Chris, who is going to make a patch from it. No doubt Chris will have it another week, before it is finally uploaded for general release. I am not rushing it, so please be patient. I want it to be as best as I can get it, within the limitations of the tile count.
Right, here are a few more screenshots.
This is the only safe place to cross the prom at the moment

Two shots of another scene, between the Crazy Golf and the Circus

I could'nt resist displaying Chris's latest tram > The Illuminated Rocket <
Here are two shots from the previous version taken at dusk, using Chris's brilliant Illuminated Rocket Car.

The quality of all these screenshots I have posted are not as clear as I would like them, but it will give you some idea as to what is being done.
Why do screenshots look blurred compared to running in the sim, can anyone explain?
More later in the week.
Geoff

Hi Geoff,
Looking good now. You're right, it will probably take a good week to build the patch and test it properly. I want to make sure that the night time textures work correctly this time, as i've noticed a few missing files when you arrive at certain tiles. Anyway, that's a simple thing to solve.
On the screenshots, i've noticed that all your screenshots are 1024 X 1024 square resolution. As far as i remember, this is not a possible screen resolution. At a guess, your computer resolution is set to 1024 X 768, so the images you are posting are being stretched from 768 to 1024.
What program are you using to generate the captures?
We'll sort it out!
Cheers, Chris
