For those not familiar with Goose Fair, its the largest gathering of fair rides, stalls, etc in the country....and its being held this year in October on the following days:
Wednesday 6th - 6pm to 11pm
Thursday 7th - 12 noon to 11pm
Friday 8th - 11am to 11.30pm
Saturday 9th - 11am - 11.30pm

Why am I posting about this...well you can come to Nottingham....and have a ride on the NET.....and go to the fair! One excuse for you.....and a reason for "er indoors".

See http://www.thetram.net/about/goosefair.asp for further details....

The Forest Park & Ride site will be closed for Goose Fair, so for those wishing to P&R using the tram you will need to use Wilkinson Street. The Forest tram stop will remain open though (sorry if Doug has already said that!) Well done for spotting Doug.

Hope you are adding a representation of the Goose Fair to your route Doug, there are quite a few rides available, as used on the Blackpool Route. It would add a bit of flavour to it.

Sounds like a good idea. I might think about it....but I need to get the basic route finished first. I've a few hundred buildings to do first....and a whole lot more.

And then if they get the go-ahead for routes two and three, I'll have even more to do.
