Acouple of years ago I bought the Ffestiniog stock CD from the Ffestiniog Railway, and recently I have decided to have a play with the update route, therefore I have blown the dust of the CD case instead of going through the process of downloading 20+ downloads.
So my question is, is the stock on the CD the same version of the stock that is avalible on UKTS at the moment?

There were a few CD exclusives, but apart from them, then yes they should be the same, though Kevin is the best one to answer completely as its mostly (or all, can't remember haven't had to use my copy in a while) his stock on there.

There should be no differences between the stock on the disk to the ones on this website. There are a few extras on the disk that were never released on the Ffestiniog website or UKTS.

Maybe I am missing sometghinghere. is there a ffestiniog STOCK CD as distinct from the Ffestiniog Route CD, which includes stock?

The Ffestiniog Stock disk was something I did for the Ffestiniog a few years ago.
