Yes, she's seen a bit of Life, this one. 3d Cab detailing continues.
It's at 1:x2 scale to run on the Ffestiniog route which is NG approx 2ft 5in gauge using MSTS standard track with adjusted road bed ballast n sleepers (excellent).

Thanks, I'm enjoying the challenge of producing such a high level of detail. However, one item has me stumped, the turrent on top of the backhead, it has valves, etc and coupled to steam piping but it's a little indistinct (due to the lighting) in the photos....the shape is complex, so some guess work involved....I think.

I have seen photos of a C2 showing what appears to be a brake cylinder on the tender, could this be the steam brake, as most photos show no brake cylinder on the locomotive itself? I have seen one photo of what looks like a horizontally mounted steam cylinder (?) between the frames, just ahead of where the boiler curves down to the firebox.

I made this Chinese C2 a few years ago but it never got released due to a slight cockup on my part, however I release another C2, both are X2 scale.

This is Number 4, imported into the UK a few years ago and the sitting model for the project. I'm not sure how the prototypes resurrection project is going at the Ffestiniog Rwy. It would be great if they can regauge her and and get her in steam again.
