I did enquire as to whether the Cd was still availble a few months ago but don't think I ever received a reply. At least now I know!

Hi All

I have the greatest of symathy for Ian (Butters)

I ordered and paid for the Ffestiniog CD when it first became available (over a year ago now) to replace my downloaded version and Ian posted out three over a two month period none of which I ever recieved.

Ian kindly refunded my payment and gave me the link to download the upgrade to the latest version - I advised Ian at the time that I wanted to contribute to the Ffestiniog Railway Preservation Society by paying for the CD but Ian still refunded my money.

It looks as if it is definitely either the fault of the Post Office or The Mail is getting intercepted before it gets delivered which is a pity as this is a magnificent Route with great Rolling Stock and plenty of Activities.

Before the next upgraded Route gets issued may I suggest that an arrangement be made with Matt for UKTS to distibute this Route thus ensuring that the Ffestiniog Railway gets their well deserved Donations from the sale of the CD and we can all be assured that we will get our CD's when we buy them.

I have never had a missing CD which I have paid for from UKTS and the service is outstanding.

Kindest Regards

Mike
