I've just got another shot from Andrew Lamin od Sea Lion. It's coming on really well - just a couple of texture issues to sort out and he's sending it to me later...
So, some shots of it will be coming soon on the Ffestiniog - the Groudle route progress is being kept under covers at the moment - but I understand I'm getting the DEM soon from a helper!....

Thought I'd give a progress report:
1) Our site is back up!
http://www.freewebs.com/groudleglen - but I have a little more to add to it yet (like more stock pics)
2) I'm desperately trying to get the drawings for all the buildings on the route so I can build them/send them to Murray (who's doing the canopy). I've done the shed to drawings - but need more drawings for the rest
3) Stock wise we've gne quiet again, as I'm pushin hard to get Lhen Coan finished by Xmas. When the DEM gets here I'll be able to lay the track down - I have trees, track texture and a couple of building all ready now. The building will take place on my laptop rather than this cmputer so I can check it works on more than one PC!
4) As many of you will have seen, then excellent model of 'Sea Lion' is now complete, and all the problems with it have been sorted out, and 'Polar' Bear will follow shortly
5) The Chiltern NG show on July 1st 2006, just outside Luton (Dunstable MRC) is our current aim where we can exhibit - depending on conditions etc.
That's it! Any quieries e-mail me (
jon_potter@tesco.net) or PM me or one of the other guys - we'll be more than happy to help.
Or just post here!

Usually drawings don't exist, or are very hard to come by. Try asking the line, or, even better, have a shot without, its suprisingly easy!

William,
Did you manage to get that DEM data sorted then? As i said in the reply to your PM asking for help, SpoonersTS did it all a bit differently and didnt use x2 scale DEM in the end.
Look forward to seeing the route progress,
Chris
