FR route quirk

Post by portbury »

Hi guys,

has anyone else noticed an interesting property of No.11 road at Boston Lodge?

Or is it just my installation I wonder!

Cheers

I think its due the fact that you've got got an older track database than the version of the route - checked mine and its the same. I think there is a rebuild tdb option in RE - that would fix it but I wouldn't reconmend doing anything until Colin has passed judgement on it - made he could release a patch or something?

I don't mind the 'levitating Linda' effect as it happens (I thought it highly amusing!) but I was intruiged as to how it happened.... :)

Hi Rich,

Can't remember seeing that effect before. :o

Unfortunatley, I don't have the Ffestiniog route installed at the moment to try it and, also, seem to have mislaid my backup CD! (people who know me will realise I'm very good at losing stuff!).

The only other thing I could think of is whether it could be an x-track problem? I seem to recall that there were problems with an early version of xtracks that caused trains to turn 90' at Rhiw Goch and head into the hillside!

Cheers,
Kevin
