Heya,
Can people report any Southwold route bugs here please? Im working on version 2 of the route, and would appreciate it if people can tell me whats wrong with V.1 so I can sort it out.
Cheers Chris

Chris, I found that on the main line at Halesworth Jur's Buckjumper wouldn't haul the default LNER coaches, and when I swapped these for BA teaks it wouldn't haul them either. The AI main line trains sat still with the engine's wheels spinning in place.
For a v2 would you consider binning the bogie coaches and using Jurs GER 6-wheelers please?
Also an activity in which the player drives the Buckjumper and shunts the Halesworth yard would be nice.
Other than that I can't see much room for improvement!

Thanks Martin,
Its all taking shape a little now. Have begun work rebuilding some reasonably large bits of the route, including a total relay down the harbour branch to include more accurate track work.
Have also made a few more subtle differences, the use of more forest.dats in places like the Heronry should keep the fps down a bit, or give more trees for the same fps.
Wenhaston had some work done to it today, im making the villiage more like it was in real life, more houses and a bit more spread out. Ditto at Blythburgh where the villiage doesnt really look like it should do, and am also doing some terrain work smoothing out a few rather sharp edges.

Hi Chris,
To be honest you and Martin have highlighted the only real bugs that I found. Lost the route in a machine crash a while ago but I am sure that the villages were not as they should be. I used to drive through them quite frequently and even allowing for the passage of time things seemed oddly different.
Other than that just keep up the good work

Mike,
Will edit and remove the newer vehicles, ditto with the series 2 lightweight landies.
David,
All the villiages are being updated, with new and faster machines around now, im not so worried about hitting the fps a bit more. They are all having more buildings added to make them a bit more realistic.
