Route Question

Post by Damo »

Are the any routes and trains where people actually sit on top of the coaches? I don't know what the track gauge would be - little over a foot I'd imagine.

Here's a few sites about what I mean:

You mean something like 7 1/4 inch gauge? That would be an interesting idea, but currently, there is only 15 inch gauge models, sutton flyer/belle and the lakeside and sutton miniature railway. If someone wishes to have a go at locos/stock in 7 1/4 gauge (5X narrow gauge I think), I could try to make a simple route after I finish what I'm working on now?
If you wish to try the 15" stock, search the file download pages for Sutton Belle/Flyer, 15" coaches and the route "Lakeside and Sutton" which will require X Tracks at least 3.10
Hope this helps

Better than nothing at all, and it's fun, you go out one way and come back facing the other!
