To answer some of the points brought up above,
The P.Lt.Rly. was only ever uploaded to the library because it stood (and still stands) as the only Truescale route in a finished enough state for simmers to run trains on. It never was finished!

One of the driving forces behind the route (and still is) was to keep the download size as small as possible. The size is still going down as I am now building more custom scenery, see below

The only extra requirement needed to use the Piddington Light Railway is the latest version of XTracks.

Here are a selection of screenies from around the P.Lt.Rly. as work continues on the next version.

A shot of the new layout at Piddington Works. I have extensively relayed the entire yard and started a fresh with the scenery. The track layout now includes a couple of run-around loops (a feature lacking in the original layout) and decent access to the workshops behind the loco shed.
The Works are now officially the home of “The Bodgit & Scarper Engineering Companyâ€

Stunning,

Am very impressed with what you've created, especially using default textures to do it!

ARGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have just had to completely relay the yard, as I seemed to have replaced a point for a curve, right at the throat of the works.
Thanks for the positive encouragement; it does help boost the creative juices.
Another benefit from all these own created scenery items is the world file count is going down as each object is being created as a whole scene, the shot above only shows about four objects + track & trees.

More work being carried out around the works.
The next version of the Piddington will include a Lartigue monorail and the shot below shows the test track laid within Bodgit and Scarper Works so that the Company can test out the new stock!
The monorail comes on slowly because I am creating a new track system and having to build, test and make new tsection.dat entries on a trial and error basis. When I have completed the testing and decided on exactly what track sections I will need there will be another delay as these entries will have to be officially added to the tsection.dat build files.

SO MUCH TO DO, SO LITTLE TIME.

I have also just discovered another source of interesting default textures!!!

Ah! I can see the Coffee Pot lurking in a corner of the works! I think the B&S Lartigue will prove that MSTS is not dead or incapable of further surprises. Can't wait to see it finished ..

THANKS TO ALL THAT SHOW INTEREST.
OK, Here are the (current) sets of rules that we are working towards for this, the next version of the P.Lt.Rly.
The P.Lt.Rly. will include the first Lartigue monorail in MSTS. This line “ The Three Gables Lartigue Monorailâ€
