Now I know this is on "Narrow Gauge" and not "Wanted" but, It's a narrow gauge engine!

Oh, and if anybody can, can't you use the Russell model, provided to us by Kev Martin.

This is a Kalka-Shimla 2'6" gauge KC class 2-6-2T. I understand that the originals were built by North British and rebuilt much as shown; Henschel also produced some examples but I am unsure which this is.
If you search the web for 'Kalka Simla' or 'Kalka Shimla' you should produce a lot of sites with pics of the railway and locos. Try
http://www.ksr100.com,
http://www.irfca.org/photos/ksr and
http://www.indiansteamrailwaysociety.org/current4.html. This site:
http://www.glynstrains.com/kalkak.html has info on the K class locos.
The North British archive is held at Glasgow University:
http://www.archives.gla.ac.uk/collects/guides/nbl.html. There are some locos from pre-1903 constituent companies of NB (Sharp Stewart, Dubs etc) in Glasgow, but there are more at the NRM.

Sorry about this folks...the 3D Canvas program I download to enable me to make engines takes up more disk space than I have availible. So I can't mke it (for the moment at least)...Sorry! (And I promise the moderators I won't make any more rash promises!)

BTW, an acquaintance who is learned in these matters tells me that this loco is a North British example, one of only two survivors, the other being stuffed and mounted somewhere.
