ffestiniog slate wagons

does anyone know the colour of the slate wagons on the ffestiniog railway?
Also does any one know of a web site about the gravity train formed of slate wagons?
As i have looked around but cannot find any information :cry:

well, you're one of em :) I claim FRnerdyship rights as well having given 25 years of my quarter century of life to the FR, and with a father on the company board, and a stepgrandfather known only as Dr Jarvis, I have a family history of FRnerdyship as good as yours. Your only advantage is location (for which I am eternally jealous)

iam not actually making the slate wagons for msts as kevin already madesome wonderful models though i am making a rake for my dads garden railway from kits in 16mm for the gravity train which is to be powered by 2X AA batterys thanks Colin

I can also claim a certian amont of FRnerdyship my mother was the first female FR firewoman and has volunteerd since she was 14. I have vouluteered since i was old enougth. My grandperants have a flat on the harbour but i'm not alowed to stay it on my own which is unfortunate it's a long way to the pub from Minffordd

Sodor Little Rly is incorrect sir :P
hehehehe...It's actually "The Skarloey Rly" ^_^ Named after one of the towns it first passes through "Skarloey" and then the second town "Rheneas" :wink:

Duke's old rly is called "The Mid Sodor Rly" :P And the son of James Spooner helped build it :o Hence why Duke looks like Princess and Prince :wink:
