I'm confused Pittleyfalley said that you have to have a Lager size track

Where can i get the 15in track??
I think i'll leave the shape file manager to the expert's it does'nt work for me could sombody do a 15in Peter Pan with a tender since my friend has one!!
Thank's,

Hey Andrew could you send me the newshape.bsf or something to that liking that SFM needs to uncompress the .sd files of locomotives with motion? I'd be very happy if you can!

Sorry, you dont need to have a larger size track next to it, I was merley pointing out that in the case of the TR one it did have a larger size track therefore creating the effect of the different size... sorry for being confusing.

Andrew, don't worry I found it in the .zip on the website! So let me get this clear, if you have a 2x piece of route and a UKN ( 2ft 4 not Xtracks 3ft!) piece of track, how much do I have to scale down a 1x piece of rolling stock to fit on the UKN piece of track?

To get standard gauge stock to fit Truescale track you need to half it or x0.5 in "SFM"

Cheers. Right, so I'll use 2x scenery on 2ft 4 trackwork which should work out at around 15in

I seemed to have cocked up the GWR 2600.

I'm just going to check if it runs anyway (AE this is)

Right, I got rid the 2600, and stuck with the default stock, the Dash-9, this picture shows a 0.5 scaled down Dash, running on the 2x Ffes, so I presume this is 15 inch (roughly) stock.

Looks good.
Now just lay some Truescale NG tracks from XTracks3.7.
Be warned the pointblades are still floating in XTracks3.7, I have an upload sat waiting approval that cures the problem.

I wish to shrink Kevin's Alco how do i do it??
I don't understand the file you click on options and nothig happens why??

Assuming that you have found the shape file (Alco.s ?) whilst in "SFM".
Allow the options button to scroll down and press uncompress, this will uncompress the file so "SFM" can work it, next allow the options button on scroll down and this time press the scale button.
A word of warning "SFM" does not always work on rolling stock. The problem occurs when MSTS try’s to add the re-scaled stock to the game and the user is told that xxxxxx can not be added to the world, then you get "SEND, DON'T SEND".
I am trying to figure out what is happening here but with not much success so far.

From the picture I see that you have found one of SFM little problems.
The wheels have dissapeared.
If you look at wheelRadius you will see that is says (21in/ )
SFM Doesn't like fractions. and has left out the final 2.
Before you reduce anything you need to check for sums in the eng file and work them out to a single number.
One of the main things to check is the position of all the lights.
