Its not done yet..but just post a 'bit' of background on this fictional loco and how it fits in with real life events.
In 1925 the WHR drivers had realised 590 was a terrible engine to drive and they sold it off for an ex-ww1 4-6-0T Hunslet. For once, cutting the loco down to work on the Ffestiniog Railway was a sucess, but it proved to be a poor steamer. In 1937, the engine was finally condemed, due to broken firebox crown stays and langushed in Boston Lodge.
Believing the engine to be a usefull source of spare parts the loco was never scrapped, instead various fittings found thier way onto the some of the Ffestiniog locomotives. The remains of the loco were restored in 1956 as there was an engine shortage. It worked until 1988 until it was stopped for overhaul, but as the ffest had other locos to restore, the loco was forgotten.
When the WHR (C) opened in 1997, they had one steam loco to operate it as Mountaineer was under overhaul. Knowing this as a chance to get an original WHR loco up and running, the WHR (P), who ran their line to Croscor Junction, asked if they could restore 390 for use on the WHR ( C ), on the deal that it'd work at the WHR ( P ) for the last 5 years of its certificate.
