I've noticed an error, on my verision anyway, when you cross the cob on the screenshots (from David and Kevin/Colin) show a 4 lane road, I only get a 2 line road. There are 4 lines above it though, help!
Oh and Kevin, I've driven Earl of Merioneth and Taliesin from Porthmadog and when I get near the end of the cob, the sound cuts out and I can only hear it either in the cabview or passenger view.
I had on Taliesin / EOM, Coach 118, Coach 15 and Coach 2. The sound only goes off if you change view to 2, 3, 4 or 5 it doesn't happen if you stay on 1 and poke you head out (EOM anyway)

JD, your road texture is correct. It should be a 2 lane texture. Not sure why David has the 4 lane texture. Having looked again at David's pictures (very good pictures BTW, by all means do some more) I've noticed that the track texture is wrong as well. Not sure why that is.jdtech wrote:I've noticed an error, on my verision anyway, when you cross the cob on the screenshots (from David and Kevin/Colin) show a 4 lane road, I only get a 2 line road. As for the sound problem, do you have the sound quality slider at max?
Cheers
Kevin

Lovely, route - haven't had chance to drive it all yet...will do in a second. Also David seems to have some missing textures because his track is standard gauge aswell!
Thanks For A Great Ride!

Where is the sound quality slider?
In MSTS on the options screen, I click on sound and all 4 sliders (They are Master Volume, Train Volume, Ambient Volume and Quantity of Sounds are all at max. Is the sound quality slider elsewhere?
If it is you may need to know I run XP Home.

Actually...I've noticed those huge cows myself....
By the first bridge I look to the left and see sheep and HUGE FREAKIN COWS!
Is that supposed to happen (?!) Maybe there's a genetics lab by the Ffestiniog Rly
I can see the headlines now...
EGAD!
Anyways, I got some pics of Blanche in an old engine shed....then I crashed and fell 30 feet into the river
But on a lighter note
The route look great so far. It's got lots of sidings!
I CAN'T WAIT FOR SO ACTIVITIES!
(exspecially some shunting acts)
