117 & 121 are the same and also were turned out in green and white as part of the push-pull set: any chance of these?
119 & 120 are the same, with 118 and 116 begin one offs.
However all these are VERY similar. The only difference begin the interior.
Hope I can start to make a mordern FR rake soon....

Heyup
You cannot possibly imagine the anguish I put Kevin through trying to get 118 "right" - it's still not perfect but its as good as its going to be......
Whilst not wishing to tread on Kevin's toes here, he has previously stated that he has been asked to do all modern FR coaching stock, as it presently is, hence a bit of patience will be required but it will all appear eventually.
When Kevin sent me the first model of this coach it was labeled as 117 - and had the original bus seat type interior, fine, but 117 was extensively rebuilt along with 121, when the push pull train first came along, and now has different windows, but the same interior as 118. 121 is identical in almost every respect to 117 (ignoring the modifications made to allow 121 to become the "disco car" - removable seating and power points for the decks) 110 is not that different either, since it had the controls for when it was the first push pull carriage removed. 119 and 120 are the toilet cars, but 119 has the modern seating whilst 120 still retains bus seats. 116 is unlike anything else - the body style, seating, first class compartments etc are different to all other coaches.
Regarding the "barn" stock 100 and 101 have different guards comaptment layouts and exteriors, 103 is a unique carriage, always has been, always will be - had the original style barn body until 1992 odd when it was rebuilt and came out looking like nothing else! 104 has had a rebody so is now unique, 105 and 106 were near identical until last year when 106 was rebuilt slightly differently to before, so now 105 is the only original styled body barn composite saloon, and even then it has a different window arrangement to the others as it was previously a toilet carriage. 107 will come out of the workshops soon and will, hurrah, be identical to 106!!!!
Then you have the carnforth carriages, 112, 113 and 114 - 112 and 113 are now identical, although this has only happened since 113 ceased being a smoking carriage and had the tables modified, 114 is another buffet carriage, 111 is the push pull driving trailer, unique (and with its springing lets hope it stays so - the ride smoothes out at 22.5 mph, so you know when you are speeding......)
Finally you have 14, which was a Lynton and Barnstaple coach, was rebuilt, then they built the Barns to match it, then they recently rebuilt it again, and now it is a lovely panneled coach which sticks out like a sore thumb in the middle of a set!
Add on to that the spares (23 is done, 26 and 22 are now as near identical as makes no difference) and the tourists (37 and 38, nominally identical, but not, and 39, which is a half arsed attempt at recreating a Hudson tourist carriage of the 30s, but to slightly different dimensions all round - blame Winson Engineering, not the FR, we sent them the right drawings back in 93, they built it their own way..... - The WHR(P) are making 42 which will be right....)
And there we have it - you might notice Kev is going to be well and truly sick of the FR and its coaching stock by the time its all done........ Only really 3 identical pairs on the entire railway.
John (going on a trip to the FR for a fortnight, ostensiably to volunteer, but I will be doing reconnaisance for the mammoth task ahead!)
