Locomotives with Cabviews

Post by jpmedd »

I've looked on narrow gauge locomotive download files in the past few months, but none of them have a cabview. Is there anyone out there who could suggest where I can download an engine with a proper cabview - to me an engine is not an engine without one!

Thanking you in advance,

The double fairlies have a cabview. It is a basic view but still much better than the Scotsman cabview. Many of the narrow gauge diesel engines have passenger views which gives a 'virtual cabview' and their is nothing to stop you adding these to anyother loco. I have just downloaded the excellent De-Wintons and will be doing this soon. With the exception of building a route cabviews are probably the hardest thing to do but you are right it would be nice to see some more.

Hope this helps

I am using a file called Period Tank cab.zip . Not quite right, but better that the scotsman. There is also a midland style cabview also with round windows.
