Caernarfon is to be expaned, work was due to start last summer, but has been stopped due to the discovery of a victorian sewer on the site on the proposed station building. Money has been set aside for the the expandtion, but untill what is to happen to the sewer is dicided, work cannot continue.

Sorry me misreading the bryngwyn topic... which is currently standing 8:1 in favour of the branch being built....

Of course, cannot wait to see the progress pics for the WHR, especially look forward to the scenery... :wink:
