Cheers for the encouragement guys.
I've done that thing you mentioned with the stone walls, makes a big difference - thanks again.
the narrow gauge diesel came from a german site i think. if you go to the 3rd page in the narrow gauge forum theres a topic called "narrow gauge diesel" its about halfway down the page. theres a link to the site i got it from in there, that was a long time ago though so if you have any trouble getting it let me know and i'll upload it somewhere and post the address in here.
i'll try and put some pics up in here a couple of times a week. - parents permitting.
thanks again guys, any more info / advice welcome.

Dad doesn't mind at all. Better ask your Mother.
Views looking really good and you've obviously done hours of work since the version I've got.
Either put some more views on or send me another CD please.
Luv Dad

Just Download Shape File Manager from here and follow instructions. It's very easy. Don't mess about scaling locos ...they sometimes become corrupted. Stick to scenery objects etc.

Going back to the bit about the Corris...
The real railway is making a replica of No.4 (The Talyllyn having the original) However in June, there are plans to send No.3, the Corris Saloon and the Corris Van over to Maespoth.... which should be nice. The Corris has also made a new build Corris Saloon which is 2/3 the size of the Corris originals and also have the only other original Corris saloon still in exsistance. The two remaining Corris Saloons (Corris 11 and 12) were the two build as bogies by Metropolitan in 1903, there were 5 bogies made from 10 4 wheelers to the same design and also a one off Falcon saloon which had a lower roof.

A replica of the coach on the talyllyn is being built by corris members, No.21 - and should enter traffic early this year.

Readingmainline....
True the Corris are building 20, which is a copy of the orignial Corris Saloons. (Like TR 17)
However I have it on good information that they do also own a wrecked Corris Saloon, the only other oringial in exsitance. Whether this is 20 and being classed as a new build I'm not sure.
They built from scratch a 2/3 scale version of 17... which was as I recall mounted on an NCB mainrider chassis or something like that.

Yes your right they do own the other remaining saloon it is slowly being restored in the museum at corris, but it is not going to enter traffic as it is considered to valuable! the 2/3 scale coach is No.20 and another coach is being built by members in the midlands - a full size replica of the original saloons, this being No.21 there is also a 3rd diesel being rebuilt by a member in yorkshire, No.8. I believe its a hunslet and it is on long term loan from the National Coal Mining museum i think that this is also ment to enter traffic sometime this year.

How can a building comense?
A building just stands there in one spot unless maved...plus a building's an in-animate object David

You need to get a reallity check man
