I did find them on http://www.trensim.comTonysmedley wrote:A problem.
The Readme states that VM Tracks is required and quotes http://www.trensim.com as a source. This site seems not to be available at the moment. ...

I have downloaded the trensim VM files.
I then removed the Global folder from l'Academie and re-installed my original MSTS Global folder and installed the VM Textures and Shapes.
After re-running the La Mure InstallMe .bat file I checked the route with Route Riter.
This throws a up about 20 pairs of errors such as :-
" Missing texture file VMTuneltrack1.ACE referred by VM1t200mStrtRtun.s was not found in your default routes.
Missing texture file snow/VMTuneltrack1.ACE referred by VM1t200mStrtRtun.s was not found in your default routes. "
I have not checked whether this affects running the route nor whether the same situation occurred when using the l'Academie Global folder.

Ian,
I have all the items you mention.
The missing files seem to be all associated with certain VM files.
In the Textures download the files all downloaded as RAR archives which I have not been able to open in readable form with any of my programs, so I do not know what is in them.

Hi all
I had a lot of problems with this route. What i did was copy both VM files into there respective globals folders and also the platfom kit mentioned above and it now works a treat.
Before i copied everthing into the Globals folder i copied that to my desktop.
I have only done an explore at the moment but it looks good,i did want to do the first activity but something is missing but i can sort that out with Activity Analysis
I was ready to ditch it but i saw on the forums of Train-Sim.com and our forums about the way people are sorting things aout and desided to give it another go.
Give it a go,it's worth it.

Hi! You are right! If you run La mure with that, no matter to complain about missing files. My route is complete and need no more than to update your Global, correctly !
In every case, do not forget to ensure yous have the last Tsection.dat of Xtracks.
And install- or reinstall- La mure after updating your global, for its containt modified textures and extended shapes files to run every seasons !
A pseudo can hide an other, be circonspetc on the net !
