Announcing the Jaskiser -Nagybereg route Version 2.0

Post by ebensoussan »

The Jaskiser Nagybereg version 2.0 is a hungarian route avalaible from http://jadro.yofej.hu/download.php?list.21
On this page you have 4 downloads (remember the hungarian keyword Letöltés = Download, and here you have a sort of square sign which looks like a car battery
to press in order to run the download)

The main file has a size of 192 MB and has a self installer. (XTracks 3.12 required)
You have 2 PDF files (one of them is dedicated to the activities with links to the stock)
The last is for activities (10 ) and consists but I recommand to install it only after downloading all the stock (which consumes a lot of time)
Yesterday I just use the stock I already had on my disk to explore the route ( I must say I downloaded 2 stocks but both had invalid datas and I had no time to check what happened)

Notice you can get too hungarian stock from this site :
http://fc-21.atw.hu/ (Dizelmozdonyok = diesel engines , Villanymozdonyok = electric engines)

Important : generally on hungarian sites you have to download the cabs separately. Check carefully what sort of cab your loco uses by opening the .eng files and searching for "cvf"
It’s important too you download the following file : Mav Hankok szomag. After unzipping, this file corresponds to a commonsound folder

http://jadro.yofej.hu/request.php?5

Description : It's a fictious electrified line. The main line is 47 km long and joins Jaskiser to Nagybereg. You have a second itinerary via Szaszhalom with several small branches. The scenery is excellent, particulary in the urban aeras. Here are some shots

Jaszkiser-Nagybereg V 2.0

Hi Emmanuel,
I've just downloaded the above route and I reckon its brilliant. It loaded up really simply and the detail is exceptional. The scenery and sounds are great. Unfortunately as I'm an Australian I have trouble speaking English let alone Hungarian! I've been able to run the Explore the route but I'm just trying to work out where exactly the activity files are as you mentioned in your post. I noticed on the HTSC site there is a file called Act pack #1 a Nova-tohog. Is that what I'm looking for? If not would you be able to provide me with a link please? Also is there somewhere on the net that I can have hungarian-english translations made?
Thank you very much for your time and I hope you don't mind me asking you these questions.
