Severn Valley Sounds

The SMS sound system in MSTS 1 has been quite well understood for some time, but there are still new things being learned as well as a wealth of information about what's already known that you can learn here.

Severn Valley Sounds

Post by RobertM »

On my Severn Valley the sounds of the locomotive i'm driving seem too just disapear when I start the activity at a place where there are other static or AI loco's or if I drive into an area where there are other engines.

I guest that it is because there are so many sounds to load that the computer forgets about mine but my computer never did this before and has only started to do it resently.

Does anyone know what to do apart from lowering my sound settings anylower.

You could try running RR and load all wavs option....if it doesn't help there is a reverse button...so no harm done.
However you really need a better PC....or if its got onboard sound get yourself a proper soundcard.
Lowering your sound slider willnot help.
