Barmouth - Dolgellau 1964 (Cambrain Coast 2)

Hello, i was wondering what steam locomotives that were running on the Barmouth - Dolgellau line it's for a 1963/4 for a Cambrian 2 activities

I have a book called "Steam On The Cambrian" by Rex Kennedy and it shows the following pictures :-

Ivatt mogul 46509 at Dolgellau bound for Barmouth in August 1964.

BR Standard Class2 Mogul 78002 at Dolgellau with a freight train from Morfa Mawddach at an unspecified date, but it would have to have been the sixties.

Ivatt mogul 46521 at Penmaenpool with a Barmouth - Dolgellau train (2 Maroon? coaches).

The same loco on a similar service at Penmaenpool 27th August 1963.

A similar service by the George Hotel with Ivatt 46446 3rd June 1964.

46521 and BR Standard 4-6-0 75029 at Penmaenpool shed 12th July 1964.

46521 at Arthog 27th August 1963 with Barmouth-Dolgellau service.

BR Standard 4-6-0 75009 at Morfa Mawddach with the 02:55pm Barmouth to Chester on 31st October 1964.

2251 class 3205 at Morfa Mawddach 07:17am Ruabon to Barmouth 29th August 1962.

Ivatt 46523 at Barmouth with a 2 coach Dolgellau service May 1962.

Most of the locos on the C2 DVD do not apply to your time (I would have thought the Manors and the 2 BR Std 4 MT locos are the only ones).

Generally at the time the Cambrian Coast was run by BR Standard Locos 75nnn, 76nnn, 78nnn, 80nnn, 82nnn and the Manors. I have yet to see a BR Std 2 78nnn loco in MSTS, but I believe there is a BR 2-6-0 Standard 4 (76069) on the East Lancs CD, unfortunately I don't have it.

46521 is in UKTS (ID: 14618) but it is BR Green. 46441 and 46443 are availabe (ID: 14078) and there is a Bala Hub Ivatt multipack (ID: 15465) that looks very promising.

For BR Standard locos look at ID: 19195, 19268 and 15452.
