Hi all,
Im recently in progress of making a Pathfinder Spin and Win made up tour and am at the first leg doing pick up points to Southampton and was going to go to Eastleigh Yard but will now end at Soton to reverse. But on that note is there any way of doing timetabled stops then running to a yard? I have tried it before by setting the path to the end of a yard but at the last station it says 'activity completed' when its not!
I just couldn't see any way of how to make it overide this to let you drive forward. The olnly way I could think of was using no timetale at all. Any ideas with doing it with timetables?
Cheers,
James.
How do you end in rail yard with a Timetable as well?

Re: How do you end in rail yard with a Timetable as well?
Hi James
I don't write many activities but..........I think you'll need to continue the path (even if you have to use a reverse point) to a station.........then place an activity complete message where you want it to finish.
Cheers

I've done a few like this.
First of all, when in the Activity Editor, you have to open the 'action events' window, and delete the 'stop at final station' event (this is what causes the Activity Complete message after stopping at the last station).
You then find the point within the yard where you want the train to stop, right-click on the track, and click 'place location event'.
The outcome section will usually default to 'Complete Activity Sucessfully', which is what you are after. You can either just click OK, and as soon as you reach the mark you have placed in the yard, the activity will end. You can also click 'train must stop' (pretty self explanatory) and define a radius of how close to the mark the player must stop the train for him / her to complete the activity.

Hope this is what you were after. Feel free to PM me for more advice if you need it.
