In the Activity Virgin Pendolino York to Kingscross by Esurient there is a Class 317 blocking the line at Peterborough. How can I move this obstruction?

This has come up before. Did you arrive early? The AI train is spawned to depart just before you get to the station. if you are a little early and within 3 signal block sections, you block its path so it can go no further.

I think the solution was to drive slower making sure you dont arrive early - its probably better to actually arrive a tiny bit late. That will allow the service away in front of you

Tried arriving late (went backto previous station then travelled @ 60mph.
The blocking train was still there.

This train is trying to get into a bay platform but is too long and so sticks out blocking the main line.
