The MSTS Activity Editor allows you to make your own activities, or missions, for the player to complete. This is also how you can get lots of other trains running while you drive yours!

Is there any way to change the loading times at stations?

Dorset coast only has 7 seconds at stations, i would like to make the times longer.

If you open the activity in the activity editor, right click on the blue platform marker, you can set the number of passengers which is what controls the loading time. Personally I never worry about the loading time, I set all my arrival and departure times manually myself. This has an added advantage of, if you are late, you get to make up some time by a short station stop.

Hiya Marcus

Open the activity editor, load up the activity that you want to extend the times at stations for, go along the path for the player service, right click each station that your player service stops at, click properties, and increase the number of people at the platform. Simple as 1, 2, 3 :)

However, if it's an activity from the CD itself that you want to change, i wouldnt personally recommend it. Most of the act's from the CD have been timed for interactions of other services and traffic during the activity, if you change the waiting times, youll have to recalculate the time table, and if you do that, obviously it'll make the act that little bit longer, and you may well lose out on interaction in the activity.

Make a back-up copy of the activity before you change it, and store it in a different location (like you desktop or somewhere easily found) then if you do change it and dont like the result...you can revert back to the original.

An alternative is to increase the capacity of the coach with this line.

PassengerCapacity ( 70.0 )

The higher the number the quicker it loads.

If it's got buffers it's Chain.
