Conbuilder updated

For those who want to know I have updated ConBuilder to v2.6.1
I fixed the alias sounds from engine so that it now leaves off the path of default sounds such as the couplers and the compressor. It now will also test them correctly from the older versions.

I now have a working help file in German as well as Spanish, I have someone working on a French version,but I could use another person that can not only speak and write French but use an HTML editor. No compiling needed, just the translations.
