Time Events

I have added a time event in an activity to display a message at a particular time, but when running in MSTS the message is never displayed, any ideas?

Time Events are set to appear at a certain number of minutes in to the activity NOT at a certain moment of time in the day.
ie Activity starts at 10:00am and you want the message to pop up at 11:30am then you must set it to appear at 1:30.....ie 1 1/2 hours in to the activity.
