Location Event Markers Vanished

Hi,
I am working on a new activity and tried to place a location event and the round circle that normally appears is not showing. I checked an old activity with location events that work and the markers for them have gone also. Any ideas as it is difficult to get the position right if you can't see the markers.

Its the old activity editor bug in the hwrenderer registry file. There is a fix for it in the file library - try a search for hwrenderer. Or if you are happy editing your registry with regedit, start it and search for the hwrenderer key, open it and delete all entries starting AE.

Reboot and restart AE and it should be ok again

Hi and thanks for the reply,
I have followed your advice and the problem is now fixed.
Does this happen often in the Activity Editor and if so do you know the specific cause. This is the first time this has happened to me and normally the program is stable unless I try to revise the timetable and then it just freezes.
Just like to know why something happens so I can avoid it for future reference.
