The MSTS Activity Editor allows you to make your own activities, or missions, for the player to complete. This is also how you can get lots of other trains running while you drive yours!

Speed Limits

Not sure if it has been covered before, but is 15MPH the only speed limit availible or is there any way to alter the speed limits? i.e. Could I approach a speed limit of say 20MPH and the next speed limit be 25MPH?

If you're talking about placing a temporary speed limit in an activity, then no you have no choice; you are limited to the value set by the route author.
