I just thought I would show my appreciation (and feedback) to all the Activity Writers by giving them all a very big thankyou not only for their Activities but also for their very prompt responses to queries to not only myself but all the other Trainsimmers who use these Activities
Recently I have Downloaded Activities by spikeyorks(David)/TractorBasher(Jonathan)/Carl Phillips/Mark Broadhurst/BigAnt & Steamnut - all of them were great Activities
Thanks also to Don Hinton for his fabulous Cannock Chase Version 4 and all the associated Activities
Keep them all coming as they give us all so much enjoyment
Regards
Mike

I'd add my thanks to all who make things available to us; not only the Traffic Department who write the activities, but the Civil Engineers who make the routes, the Mechanical Engineers who make the stuff to run on them, and the Backroom Boys who write the Utilities to make sense of it all.
They are all a marvellously talented bunch and I am in their eternal debt.

Thanks from me too Mike....another "small" contributor. It's nice to know that we're on the right track (pardon the pun).
I've only just started activity writing and appear to have got the bug. Here's a piccy from the current work in progress,

Again not one for the purists...but who cares
To everyone else reading...constructive feedback is very important. Please if you have completed an activity (or are impressed with a route or an item of stock) let the author know. It only takes seconds and helps to ensure that the creators keep coming up with new products to everyone's benefit.

yes most definately!!!
Hey to all
As somewhat of a rookie (only had my premium membership 4 days!!) I feel there is an excellent sense of camiradery (excuse my spelling!) on here and would just like to express my thanx to the authors of the engines and rolling stock I have downloaded so far (br class 156, br class 58, cartic 4, 20twTank, both red and yellow 45tonne rapier cranes and the br class 158) It has made my experience of train sim all the more pleasureable, being able to have extra items and engines that are not normally available to "the masses". I would particularly like to thank the author of the class 58 as it was the first engine I ever really knew about, due to receiving it in the hornby midnight freight set. This was a christmas gift from my Nan (when i was 5, im 22 now) and I still had most of the set, although not in perfect condition, until last year when having moved from a house and leaving it in the hands of a "friend" it was supposedly stolen in a break in. My Nan passed away over 4 years ago now so u can appreciate the sentimental value of these items. Suffice to say I was less than impressed. Anyway my first though on finding this site (which I accidentally stumbled upon) was one of joy and that I would be able to create a class 58. Imagine my suprise on finding it!!
I currently have an idea for for a route and engines to run on it, (which I will provide more info on at a later date) but being totally unaware on how to do it I am going to need some help. I have a digital camera which I could use to take photographs of the trains, for texture purposes but other than that I'm affraid I draw blank. Any one who wishes to email me, that may be able to help, please feel free to do so. My email address is in my profile.
Anyway enough waffle for now. Keep up the good work ppl, it is most appreciated!!
