Hello Jimmy.
Just completed your Deltic run on CC3 very good activity, even more enjoyable racing the kettle to Rugeley. what made it even more interesting is that I was using the new Deltic daytime Cab view. Finally my last comment on this subject is I THINK YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING :P :P

Yeah I suppose I should change that! When I was building that activity I had several AI trains crossing the path of others and had some spectacular crashes! I must have spent hours just fiddling with the times of AI trains. I have one more activity to upload for cc3 as soon as I have finished tweaking it, then somebody is going to make an announcement....

Hello Jimmy
Just completed your coal activity just as good as the Deltic activity, however in saying that your 1 hour completion time was a bit tight it took me 1 hour & 27 minutes to do it. However keep up the good work any clue's what the next one is all about.
Cheers.

Hi Alan
Sorry about the time, I forgot to update it after testing it! The next activity is a MOD supply train. At the moment I am having a real problem with a passing train. If you leave the Stafford MOD site when I say all is fine, but if you are having difficulties shunting and are late all hell breaks loose. I am afraid the next one will be a bit hard to do and maybe you will have to have several goes at it to complete it. Do you think that will bother most people or not?
Glad you are enjoying the activites
Cheers Jim
P.S. What do you think of the new signature (If you don't get it watch an old Will Hay film called Oh! Mister Porter)

Activities that can go wrong are my favourite. A bit of suspense is always good. But try and make sure the player knows if it's gone or going to go wrong. Worse thing I've found is when you're not given precise or useable instructions.

For instance one activity asked me to take a rake of wagons from point A to point B, except when I got to point B, the siding names didn't correlate with what was in the briefing, and there was nothing to say which wagons were to be left. I escaped at that point and haven't run it since.

I agree with Fodda. An activity with a challenge is much more interesting.

Yes Fodda, I Know what you mean! The problem I am having is you have to wait in a loop for an express to pass, but if you are late leaving Stafford MOD for some reason it never appears. I am sure that it hasn't gone already as the times don't correlate. I think it is getting stuck in Stafford. I carn't test it 2d mode because I have used 2 reverse points in the loop with a popup instruction to wait there. In 2d mode it just activates the 2 reverse points and carries on infront of the express. I realy don't want to have to take it out because it adds to the interest of the activity.

Hi Jimmy.
Downloaded the MOD train and have arrived at the depot so far, now I am a bit confused but will try and work it out. Will keep you informed.
