File Library Listing File ID's :)

The MSTS Activity Editor allows you to make your own activities, or missions, for the player to complete. This is also how you can get lots of other trains running while you drive yours!

File Library Listing File ID's :)

Post by alan2 »

I have spent the last few Hour's compiling a list of File's which are in the File library of UKTrainsim.

The File is being uploaded now.

Alot of people have been crying out for this, So due to an error on my part while searching the downloads last night I found a handy bug....

And the result is I managed to list the entire File library and File ID's etc.

I have compiled this list and am planning on doing a Macro to do it automatically. :)

The file should be on the site as File ID 4186

Hope this Help's you Activity Creator's.

I know it'll help me. :D

This should come in handy cos i have loads of activities i could upload, The download figures will give a good idea of what stock most of us are using so maybe activity editors can take this into account and save some people having to download extra stuff.

You can keep it up-to-date by finding the Newest file's section in the File library, which if you hover over the download button, should show you the File ID in the status bar at the bottom of the screen. somewhere in the string of text, it should be like .../4168/...

I am trying to add more to the list's, keep it up to date, may re-release it every fortnight, but if any file's are removed, this will not be logged!

Only the file's which are added.

Also on the no. of download's, don't forget some people use download manager's which open file's four time's or more, to split them up. so Figure's are Quadroupled. :)
