Building your own rolling stock

hi,

does anyone know if there is any 3rd party software that does not require the internet,
that is simple to use, and allows you the create your own locomotives, coaches and wagons?

Hi there

Train Sim Modeller is available on a disc.

3D Canvas I think is download only.
