Gets better by the day MW.

Is the screenie a half/half 787/789 unit? - the single engine conversions?

Would be nice to see 'LEEDS' and 'YORK' on the blinds - ECE3 in mind :D

 50% there - 'LEEDS' is on the screenie...

Thanks both.

That's the intention, but I don't have any clear photos of the underframe to see how the engine area appeared - any hints welcome!

I'll bear 'YORK' in mind...

On these reskins of driving cars I do have difficulty with the yellow band down the side at the outer end, because of the way the original texture is mapped. This is about the best I can do. It doesn't look great at this distance :( If anyone can think of a workaround...? Apart from scrapping the all-over yellow front end, that is!

Hi
Looks good Michael
I can't help much as I don't know anything about these.
One thing I'm assuming they were 57ft... so have you gone back to the original shape file ?
That may also help on the wrap problem... as I think stretching them caused some distortion.
Cheers

Thanks, Jon. I used the same shape file that I used for the 116 but shortened it by a factor of 0.9 in SFM, which gives about the right length.

These single engined conversions had only 180hp per car. It used to be fun when one engine failed en route... :(
