Nice work on the 57's Carl - don't forget that 57313 & 57316 are in the 'plain' scheme! These two are without the graphic that 57324 & 57315 have. :D

Can't wait for the revised carriage !!!

Looking good but I would say that the darker colour as all over on 57316 is a little bit to Green, not much, but I think it should just be a little more blue.

I think that the roof grills need a little attention. If I remember rightly that's Paul mitchels 57 model and the roof grills come down more. If you look at my virgin trains class 57 you will see what I mean. Like I said other than that I do like the textures, see the DXT format paid off;)

The shade of blue on 57313 should be the same as is on the coaches so at the moment i am inclined to agree it does indeed look a little too green.

As for 57315 then nothing of note from here - You've done a stunning job of it :)

IMHO the 'work-in-progress' image on 29/01/09 is a more representative colour set. Others are too dark compared to the actual rolling stock?

I did select the links to the images carefully so as to see different photographers work knowing that colour hues can be all over the place sometimes - and they all look a good blue to me (both engines & carriages) without any green tinge to them?

57313 is blue-r than 57316 needless to say they'll be recieving ful ATW 57 house colours from the summer timetable as theres a second diagram being penciled in.

57313 passed my kitchen window this morning and i also noticed the numbers on 313 are not as bold as on 316

A second diagram can't be top'n'tail as it means there are 4 locos for 4 diagrams!!

Thats what i said but apparently there so reliable now since the fault with 57315 has been ironed out!!! yeah!!!

Anyway thats the reason they want second diagram in reverse direction ie 05:xx Cardiff-Holyhead and 16:xx Holyhead - Cardiff

??? beats me im in shock ATW are thinking of such thing without a backup plan. Never the less if required a 57 is available at longsight

The second diagram starts in May 2009, routes from Cardiff to Llandudno to Cardiff (and is rumoured to be via Wrexham not Crewe) and WILL be TnT.

TWO diagrams:

1) Holyhead - Cardiff - Holyhead = 2 57's

2) Cardiff - Llanduno - Cardiff = 2 57's
